Questions
Asked before we start work.
Acid or alkaline cleaner?
- Scale and metal oxides usually need acid; organics and biofilm usually need alkaline or surfactant blends. Wrong chemistry wastes a CIP cycle.
Can we dose these ourselves?
- Operators can run agreed procedures. For stubborn fouling we recommend a supervised CIP so temperature, pH and flow stay in a safe window.
